The VigorBuy Warm-Up: ask first, then buy
Before you pay, de-risk a find. Read the review photos, ask the seller through VigorBuy, and request extra QC photos. The pre-purchase routine no other guide teaches.
Most spreadsheets end at “paste the link and order.” That is where regrets start. The Warm-Up is a two-minute routine that uses VigorBuy's own tools to check a find before your money is committed — and again in the warehouse before it ships.
Warm-Up move 1 — read the review photos
User-uploaded photos are the most honest signal you will find. Text reviews can be faked; real customer shots cannot hide a bad seam. Open the listing's review images and the Q&A tab — often a previous buyer already asked your exact question.
What to zoom in on changes by category:

Warm-Up move 2 — ask the seller a real question
VigorBuy can contact the seller on your behalf. For higher-value buys, an Expert Service-style inquiry lets you ask a specific question before purchase — “does this run true to size?”, “is this the newer batch?”, “which colourway ships?”. One sharp question can save a whole parcel.
Ask like a pro
Make the question decide an action. “Is it good?” gets you nothing. “Chest is 58 cm on the chart — can you confirm the actual measurement of the size L in stock?” gets you a real answer. Keep it to one clear uncertainty at a time.
Warm-Up move 3 — rephoto in the warehouse
After the item arrives at VigorBuy's warehouse, you get standard QC photos. If one clear doubt remains — a logo, a defect, a colour under daylight — request an extra photo (a “rephoto”). Ask only when the answer changes your next step; a rephoto is a decision tool, not an evidence archive.
When the Warm-Up says “don't”
Sometimes the honest outcome is to walk away: reviews show a recurring flaw, the seller dodges the question, or the QC photo shows something off. That is the Warm-Up working. A find you skip costs nothing; a parcel you regret costs shipping both ways — and returns across borders are hard.
